I was in downtown Basrah (Iraq) holed up in an old hotel with 12 others the night Saddam was grabbed. You could NOT go outside without overhead protection - bullets were literally raining down from celebratory fire. Never seen anything like it in my life - it was unreal. I could walk out and pick up spent projectiles in the dirt the next day.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Gosh I guess what goes up must come down and depending on its time of flight it could end up in another neighborhood for sure! Thanks for your service in the Dallas Project too sir.

For some reason people don't seem to understand that a bullet fired has to end up somewhere. Sometimes it ends up in a person

Sad. I had to admonish a niece for running outside during the NOISE SESSION of the new year transition. You can never be too sure. Sad state.
