And what happens when the women report this to senior leaders? If they are not reporting these actions, they are, in part, responsible for the high incidence.

I had a PFC use the Open Door Policy and she explained to
me that she wanted a Senior NCO to stop making advances towards her. I immediately thought it was a male NCO until the PFC told me it was the S-1 NCOIC who was a female. My first call was to my CSM for advise. My second call was to the IG who told me to disregard the PFC. That was the in 2013 at 4th ID.

I had the reverse problem. I had female soldiers hitting on me until I told them the forbidden fruit story lol

Thats sad. They are doing the same thing as the boys. Putting on the uniform and serving a greater cause. People tend to be sh$% when they are left to their won devices i guess.
