Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen: Didn't they play that same game over in the South China Sea where several commercial ships damned near hit the Russian ship because it wouldn't run its lights at night? Well, the Russians have their only aircraft carrier catch fire. Next up this ship should get hit by a really large commercial ship, then sink.

Think you're right but nothing new for them. They may be called Russia now but their techniques haven't changed much from the USSR days.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Agree with that assessment. So a really bit commercial ship should sink that ship in the middle of the night. If you're stupid enough not to run with lights on in the middle of shipping lanes, you get what you deserve. And maritime laws will rule in favor of the commercial ship.
