Jesus Christ people are stupid.
Like I get not catching on to the more subtle machinations of Russia. But this is pretty overt, and the Daily Beast repeats it because they WANT to believe that it is true.
If you buy this bunk, then it is likely because YOU want to believe that it is true.
If you dismiss this wholesale, it is likely because YOU want to believe it is untrue.

A brief primer:
Russia is expert at leveraging facts, half-truths, misdirection, and deception to weave competing narratives in order to delay or confuse responses to their actions. They are exceedingly good at it.
For example, if Rudy is in Ukraine doing things, it is a fact. WHAT he is doing is irrelevant to their target audience, they leave that for them to conclude. They simply report that he's there and who he is meeting with, and maybe throw in a couple folks who *might* have been there, and let the magic happen.
Suckers are gonna bite, and they know it.

James, you are now spreading Russian propaganda. How does it feel to be one of their agents now?

I don’t like politics on RallyPoint. I thought RallyPoint was where SM could SMEAC Info to help one another.

Essentially I really agree w/ you. I use only professional platforms, and partisan politics is a very minor issue. The Russians celebrate knowing they can polarize the military establishment. I joined so I could relay my clinical knowledge on combat trauma to perhaps help a few members who are still struggling.

It's a convenient "echo chamber" for many to support their preconceived notions. One stop confirmation of bias, with cheerleaders and points as a bonus. Free speech with a twist.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
