I can remember when you had to appear before a judge with a 'good reason' in WV 30 years ago to get a CCW. 25years ago they did away with it for a multitude of reasons non of which being the extra burden it placed on the courts. One of the main reasons it was done away with was your right to bear arms. While there is nothing protecting your right to have a CCW. Protesters started open carrying which the politicians hated more. What is the courts 'good reason' to not grant CCW? They do not have one.

So they can live with that (Never) or take it to SCOTUS who may or may not take up the case
