Honestly, this is just one more horrible war crime in a long list of them. With over 2 million dead and another 12 million displaced, there are plenty of war crimes to go around.
Truly, I think the whole episode with chemicals and "red lines" is more an indictment of Obama's fecklessness with Syrian policy than anything Russia might have done.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - Pardon who? The Russians Soldiers in Syria committing God-knows-what in support of Assad?
He's got better things to do with a nasty stalemate in Ukraine to worry about.
