PO2 Robert M. What is unfortunately happening is as these people come forward to report wrongdoing they get pushed out and over time all the guardrails that keep the executive branch from being able to abuse their power in secret are being stripped away.
The ironic thing is most of the people who support Trump on Rallypoint are the same ones that claim they need to be armed to protect themselves against an out of control government but are OK with him creating the environment where that can happen.

SGT John S. I’m sure the Founding Fathers saw a president having a consensual affair in the Oval office met the criteria of impeachment. Oh wait it was the perjury and attempt to obstruct that was deemed impeachable. I bet articles of impeachment this time around will also include obstruction but not perjury since Trump’s lawyers will never allow him be interviewed under oath until Senate trial. Abuse of office is something Founding Fathers saw as impeachable.

SGT John S. - Lot's of evidence has been presented. Money was withheld, "favors" were asked, several workers were told why the money was withheld by their superiors, subjects under investigation changed their stories as more information came out proving prior information given was false. The circumstantial evidence taken together paints a picture that becomes very difficult to come up with any other reasonable explanation.

SGT John S. WTH did you think Clinton’s impeachment was about. It was for perjury and obstruction as he tried to cover up the affair. Know your topic before you talk about the history of impeachments in America.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I do the same, and wish that some of them block me as well as we are the fact-tellers.

The whistleblower’s ties to Democrats, including Biden, Schiff, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of Intelligence James Clapper and former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, have created controversy, with Trump and Republicans using his past work with them in an attempt to discredit him. Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert told a local radio station in his home state of Texas that many in Washington D.C. knew the whistleblower’s identity, calling him a “staunch Democrat,” and former “point person on Ukraine,” who never called out corruption in the Eastern European country.”
