The Ukrainians are watching this shit show and they are likely concerned that they will be the unintended victim in the democrats boondoggle to get Trump. They don't need this sort of bad press and the democrats who never provided them lethal aid under Obama are now so concerned about them needing lethal aid to fight the Russians.
