Just so we're on the same page - elected officials blocking people on Twitter is unconstitutional. That's what I'm reading, right?

I'd bet fifty that some of the "critics" laid out some death threats and/or extreme obscenities to him and/or his family and twitter allowed those entries to exist without banning the user after a visit by the Secret Service.
