This one is strange. Jobs are more plentiful than ever before, but the skilled workers to fill them are lower than ever before. So why does the jobs report shows a decline in unemployment? Is it that minimum wage is the filler?

If you stop looking for a job, you are dismissed from the pool of unemployed. I don't know if this is the actual cause for the unemployment numbers.
