It true the SEAL is different but not better than all the SOF Units. My unit had to train with the boys from Virginia Beach once a year doing underway training. We did several real world operations when I was in the Unit. What really makes them different is they are all high profile. The SOF Units are low profile. Old and recent history of telling the world what you do makes my point. The quiet professionals do not brag.
