They need to, considering all the tomfoolery in 2016. Voting machines being stolen off trucks etc.

SSG Robert Mark Odom Thankfully States are trying to do what is Necessary to Provide an Accurate Count Despite the Current Administrations Efforts to Suppress the Count.
