Graham compares Trump to Obama, calls his strategy a 'big win for ISIS'

This is one of the places I part with people like Graham. He has been in Congress the entire 18 years of our involvement in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria etc. Congress has passed no war declarations but want to keep us in a fight they will not define and when anyone tries to extricate us from it they can complain about our "allies". Frankly, as stupid as it is, Turkey is our NATO ally. We are treaty bound with them. Not Syria, not the Kurds, not Afghanistan or Iraq. This is where you end up after 18 years of no long term vision, no stomach to take a real fight to the enemy etc.

If by "big win for ISIS" you mean dead or rotting in a Peshmerga prison camp, then yes
