Do not have a complete picture of it as to the status - but they system is still broke. Nothing shows that more than to have so much prep time for the Russo-Ukraine War - and no Civil Affairs TFs deployed to help prep for mass refugee situation in NATO allied nations.... None. So many things that could have been done - not much of it was. Issue remains force is divided and funding - and on the lack of knowledge of capabilities at Corps and Above planning elements.
