MSG Stan Hutchison - Really? Last time I checked, our Constitution says conducting foreign relations is a power granted solely to the President. And even if it weren't, we'd still have this treaty with the Ukraine involving mutual legal assistance in criminal matters: https://www.congress.gov/106/cdoc/tdoc16/CDOC-106tdoc16.pdf

But go ahead and cite the federal statute that says it's illegal for a sitting President to withhold US aid to a foreign country. By cite, I mean statute number, not some bullshit you heard from some disingenuous, partisan ass clown on TV.
