Oversight Republicans Block 11 More Subpoenas for a Total of 64 Motions Denied
Washington, DC (Sept. 27, 2018)—Today, during a business meeting of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Republicans blocked consideration of 11 more Democratic requests to allow Committee Members to offer, debate, and vote on subpoenas—bringing the total number of subpoena motions denied by Oversight Committee Republicans during Donald Trump’s Presidency to 64.

MCPO Roger Collins
Capt Gregory Prickett So, the date September 27, 2018 is incorrect? Not that it changes the 64 attempted.

MCPO Roger Collins - No, the date is correct. The House was held by the GOP until January 2019. Hell, the 2018 Congressional elections had not yet occurred as of September 27, 2018.
And the 64 attempted were all refused by the GOP committee chairs....

I think that they just might find something here...
… if they subpoena documents from 2015-16.
Pompeo should bring those with him and drop by the Senate while he's up there.

1SG (Join to see) - Impeachment isn't a free for all, it's not a general investigation.

Capt Gregory Prickett - This one is. Since we haven't had a vote, basically the various committees are doing what they want.
So I figure the Senate can do the same thing. They don't need a vote either.
Besides, in watching this play out over the years, we've seen accusations thrown on everything from Trump is a Manchurian Candidate to Stormy Daniels to Emoulements to Ukraine collusion quid pro quos. There is no rhyme or reason to any of these investigations. Besides, serious investigations take longer than anyone wants to give this topic. So we throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks.
Roger that.
I think there's a fine idea. Show every one who will watch just how morally bankrupt the system is. Only then will we have real change.

1SG (Join to see) - All you have to do is look at Trump and Barr to determine how morally bankrupt the system is...

I say blow it all up. Shop America all of these fools' asses. The inbreeding of the same fools being elected over and over is what serves up this kind of crap.
