Outside of Master and Commander, this list is horrible. I would have the following ranked higher:
1) Master and Commander
2) Das Boot
3) The Caine Mutiny
4) The Sand Pebbles
5) Run Silent Run Deep
6) Mutiny on the Bounty
7) Midway
8) Hunt for Red October
9) As a USS Nimitz alum, I have to add The Final Countdown!
10) As a dad, to a daughter that loves musicals, I have to add Anchors Aweigh!

Agreed. Well, I have heard submariners say Down Periscope is the most accurate submarine movie ever. Course, there's also Operation Petticoat, Operation Pacific, and Frogmen. Haven't seen Anchors Aweigh though, will add that to the list!
Are the Horatio Hornblowers with Ioan Gruffudd considered movies? Or TV shows? Those are pretty sweet too.
