NOTE: I'm in the process of reading this article but I can tell you from experience. I DO NOT TRUST THE "CLOUD". I ALWAYS USE and in-house back-up to a USB 3.0 SSD !

The credo I go by is if data is not in 3 different locations on different media, then consider it disposable.

Love my terabyte drive, and I have come to love my GB and TB thumb drives!

Totally agree. I have a backup 1 terabyte drive and a couple of old hard drives that I pulled from old laptops. Thumb drives are too easy to lose and too easy for someone to pick up and not realize that there may be sensitive material on there and format it. The cloud? Still not to that point.
