From the article, “The suicide rate among male veterans was 1.3 times the rate for other adult men in 2017. For women, the contrast is even more stark. The rate among female veterans was 2.2 times the rate for other adult women that year.” We shouldn’t rest until the number is 0.

Take it one day at a time. Yesterday is passed and gone, Tomorrow is not yours yet! , All you have is today. You got a blank slate Chose well how to utilize it and put on it what you would have it to be,

Would not suggest doing away with A Therapuetic Program, But back over 5 years ago, when they showed me textbook on PTSD that was going to be like the one they was going to use, I had to get my self out of being homeless, And I had to work, cause I was not getting much of Financial Assistance ,And So Ihad to Get Temp.Jobs for the last 5-6 Years when also my mom came need of watching and Her Indurance helped but their is still a gap of like $1,600 Monthly to pay, and no funds to pay is, So I had to put my mind to work .The Mental Health Program ,Psychiatric Doctors said there was nothing wrong with me and I am not one to fake something wrong with me, so I work, and draw on the attributes of A military background to keep my boot string tightened up
