All three children survived. They were caught in the cross fire while apprehending an armed robbery suspect, mother's boyfriend. Cherry picked news "outrage"

26 shots into a vehicle of someone your not even sure committed a crime? Not wearing uniforms and don't identify yourself as an undercover detective? Just shoot and ask questions later? I'm interested to see what comes out of the outside agency probe into the case. Its crazy how Soldiers have better restraint in Afghanistan than our police on the streets.

"Police claim they began shooting because Smith was attempting to run them over with his truck, but many dispute this argument, saying officers simply could have moved out of the way rather than opening fire, especially into a vehicle containing children. It should also be noted that officers were in plain clothes that day, meaning Smith very well may not have known the two men approaching him with guns were police. "

So if someone tells you they are the police with no verifying identification - you just believe them SPC Casey Ashfield? I mean c'mon. If they could have just moved, they should have moved. 26 shots? C'mon. I don't think it's cherry picked outrage.
