LTC Stephen C. We can only hope that he (SFC William Farrell) is aware, until he responds.

Sure am LTC Stephen C. . Cops and National Guard soldier came to our door about two weeks ago even though both cars had RI plates on them. Possibly because we have a cottage we rent. I answer the door with my gun on as I was about to go for walk. Cop never said a word and he really cant. I dont really agree with what they are doing but I can understand why. So I answered all their questions! Stay well.

I am not certain how I would feel about the National Guard going door to door. I guess it depends on why.

LTC John Shaw Did you read the article? Or the description? It explains the why - "The Rhode Island National Guard is no longer going door to door to inform visitors from New York that they must quarantine for 14 days, city officials in Newport said."
