It's funny that a protein powder company made a list of the horrors associated with their industry... There is a lot of truth behind this for decades. back in the 80's the a major brand of products were demonstrated to be not much more than Betty Crocker cake mix... This was a very reputable brand that is still in existence today.
Product lines, inferior whey, cross contamination - all legit issues. Try to eat as much of your food as possible because you just don't know EXACTLY what's in that big plastic tub you just paid a lot of money for. I will use them from time to time, but I try not to. Eat HFLC food - it's good for you.

Very interesting and although I wasn't horrified it did make me wonder. I have been sticking with Muscle Milk which tastes good, mixes well, and is reasonably priced at COSTCO.

I think I'm gonna go natural from now on
