PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Actually if you read it in context the scripture is speaking of those that keep the laws of the Most High as being your neighbors- Christ was speaking to Israelites about other Israelites or those keeping the law about others who keep the law - it is not talking about everyone being your neighbor.
