If it is an Oregon "Red Flag" law why would the FBI and not the local or State Police seize the weapons? Considering what a hot topic this is and how much bureaucrats love to micromanage everything, this had to have crossed the desk's of the FBI's director and AG Barr. I hate the thought that anyone higher up on the food chain may have been a part of the decision matrix.

Not a fan, but unfortunately, he said some stuff that should have been taken seriously. Doesn't matter if he was a Marine, or not.

I understand and recognize that he appears odd in the way it has been reported. However one now must always wonder is this the truth or what someone wants the truth to be. I regrettably understand far too well how the dark side of power actually works.
