I have a lot of respect for Mattis and I think he is one of the great combat leaders. However, he drank the cool aid of the "duties" of a world super power and he was always a big supporter of NATO and seemed to support the expansion of NATO and NATO's mission from the original agreement. No matter how you want to slice it, NATO intervention in Libya and Syria fueled the current "refugee" crisis in Europe and only served to destabilize two more Middle Eastern nations. What we need at the top is someone that realizes that sometimes the best policy is to mind your own business.
I'm not crying over the death of Globalism.
