My father was in the Occupation Army in Japan.

Japanese are weak. We saved there country and Germany too. And know we get crap for it.

Why do you believe they are weak?
While we did do a great deal to help them recover after the war and the current generations are less than thankful, I can't agree that they are weak nations as both are still a force to be reckoned with should they choose to be.
