The Democrat Senators have some interesting words for The Supreme Court.
Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., referenced rulings by the court's conservative majority in claiming it is suffering from some sort of affliction which must be remedied. "The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it," the brief said. "Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be 'restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics.'"

They will sue? LOL.
I have an idea. How about these members of the Senate actually pass Constitutionally mandated legislation, instead of trying to use the courts to further their more radical agenda items. When was the last time they passed a normal budget? 2007? WTF.
Now the Congress is a coequal branch of government. They could pass legislation to counter any court ruling they don't like. Don't like Heller? Vote to repeal the 2nd Amendment. Don't like Citizens United? Vote to reform campaign finance.
But they won't do it, because they are cowards who benefit politically from demagoguing problems rather than solving them.
