They will sue? LOL.
I have an idea. How about these members of the Senate actually pass Constitutionally mandated legislation, instead of trying to use the courts to further their more radical agenda items. When was the last time they passed a normal budget? 2007? WTF.
Now the Congress is a coequal branch of government. They could pass legislation to counter any court ruling they don't like. Don't like Heller? Vote to repeal the 2nd Amendment. Don't like Citizens United? Vote to reform campaign finance.
But they won't do it, because they are cowards who benefit politically from demagoguing problems rather than solving them.

Yeah...right...sure...like that's ever seriously gonna be allowed to happen...how, pray tell? Those geniuses are gonna call a Constitutional convention over the whole thing? After 200+ yrs? Please....
