Boehringer Ingelheim is looking to add a "Total Rewards Analytics Manager" located in Ridgefield, CT.
• Bachelor’s degree required!
• Five to eight (5-8) years’ experience in HR analytics or equivalent data/demographic metrics
• Expert-level usage of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required
• HRIS experience: SAP and global HRIS systems preferred
