How prepared are we to defend our right of self-defense? How far are we willing to go? It is possible that a majority is forming, a majority of Americans willing to surrender their citizenship to become subjects, to surrender their arms. What they don't realize, never will realize, is that this is not a democracy. We can no more stop them from submitting to a socialist government than they can force us to join them. Keep in mind that the American Revolution was not a majority affair. Barely a third of the population of the colonies waged war against the King. We too may find ourselves in the minority waging war against an oligarchy established by our fellow countrymen. You may as well face up to it. That is may be our choice or we too will become subjects.

"Due Process," it's in the Bill of Rights and part of the US Constitution which we swear to defend from all enemies.

4th Amendment, check it out.
Depending on how the legislation is crafted, you'd have issues with the 5th and 6th Amendments, too.
