Unfortunately, shorts do not lend very well to safety practices in the event of a catastrophic aviation accident, so I would understand if the Command will not allow them.

I went to Charleston this weekend both days my truck temp reading registered 103 degrees I’d say it’s a great idea!

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
LTC John Mohor Although they were "Authorized" I was just? I Don't Know, A Little Subconscious about My Long Boney Legs so I Never Wore the Shorts. No Problem wearing My Swimming Trunks that I went Diving In. Or My PT Shorts that I competed in 5Ks with. I'm Sure it is a German Cultural Thing. I was Very Skinny when I signed the Dotted Line and Still Pretty Skinny when I Retired. When I say I was a Navy Cheetah I'm Not Kidding. You Could See My Ribs and My Jumper was Skin Tight. Now that I'm Retired and a Bit Heavier, I Can't Pull My Jumper over My Chest. Yeah the "Cheetah" is Dead!
