He should be jailed for whatever length of time the judge deems, if found guilty.
Considering it isn't his first offense, and the victim was a minor whom he choke slammed, another sentence of probation is, hopefully, off the table.

I agree. Especially considering his defense that, not only did he consider his actions won't, he thought he was acting at the behest of the President. Do I believe he actually thought that? Probably not, but it's hard to say at this point. I've ran into a few people in discussions who would say similar things.
