PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Didn't see the alternative for any of the punishments,but have to agree some "crimes" should not warrant long imprisonments,it accomplishes nothing and puts a heavier burden on the taxpayers.

I’d like to see some heavy reform on possession charges myself. I’ve never done drugs in my life, but it’s very hard for me to justify someone who is caught in a dangerous addiction going to any kid of jail.
