Irish Wolfhound (dog), Pinky, Lake are clear to me. The others not so clear - so room to work. An interesting way to look at people but it still feels like pigeon holing someone.

I prefer John Maxwell's "5 Levels of Leadership". It goes hand-in-hand with so many other of his teachings. 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, is one of the first that come to mind. Still so much to explore and improve even after 2 decades of studying and applying.

SGT (Join to see) Yes. When I consider the questions raised in terms of the metaphors for style and self assessment, it makes me think of the importance of developing emotional quotient. It causes me to think that we should use metacognition and consider our leadership style as our circumstances evolve.
