I believe that the $33 mil and another $11 mil is appropriate given the degree to which this college was off base and should serve as a warning to others not to follow their example

I like the statement from the Dean, "they were only trying to protect the students right to free speech" well guess what we have the right to free speech but there still can be consequences to that right if it is not used correctly.
