Sunbathing while on duty? Well if our soldiers can sunbathe on FOBs in Kuwait and Iraq then this doesn’t seem surprising at all. Hahaha!

Was fairly common when I was on floats. As long as you had free time and could find a spot such as boat deck on old LPD etc. it was ok. If COC said not to that was different. Once flight ops were secured on a big deck LHA/LHD, lots broke out PT gear for a jog as well. You have to respect the Navy rules obviously, and stay out of their way.
