Sadly it is often the case. You have got to protect your buddies no matter what.

It saddens me deeply that this denial is still happening. This kind of thing happened in the 1970’s when this stuff was so new, but I should have thought that by now these matters were squarely dealt with. When I was XO of a Hospital Detachment I had to arrange briefings on sexual harassment, but WOW, how little sin changes.....

I say let the man retire, he did his time. And maybe the investigator needs to be investigated. This is a clear case of retaliation to me.
