I saw General Barry McCaffrey on TV who said that pardoning military criminals sets a bad precedence.

Yes have a trial. What if he is found not guilty. Then no pardon needed.

MSG Frank Kapaun - Maybe his fellow seals ratted him out to cover their illicit activities? Seems some seals killed a Green Beret, some seals tested positive for cocaine. We are not talking about alter boys here. I always like the quote, “ we sleep comfortable in bed because there are rough men standing watch to hurt those that would harm us.” So I am not one who does not understand. Let trials determine the truth.

MSG Frank Kapaun - understood. That’s why I wrote that I agree with you. However, the precedent for a pardon before conviction (or trial, or indictment) has already been set.

Obama’s R.O.E. Was what was bad and it set the Lt up for a trap.. Trump seen through what o’bummer did and did the right thing
