Some people who criticize this include OIF veterans. Our military must not only have tactical or technological, but moral superiority

I led a platoon in Iraq. Trump is wrong to pardon war criminals.
Soldiers pay attention to example. Murderous leaders command murderous units. (via: trendolizer.com)

Anyone that leads their comments with a statement referring to their service is using it as a means to validate the content, instead of letting their argument do that. I read this and agree he has some valid points and should have left it at that. It's like a car salesman her that always starts his advertisements with "I'm a veteran and veterans are always welcome", as if they aren't at any other dealership.

Unfathomably evil? The headline is implying Trump is unfathomably evil? Get a grip. I tend to reserve that term for the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, the Khmer Rouge the Hutu killings of the Tutsi during the Rwandan genocide, the Armenian genocide, the Ukranian genocide etc... since Trump has not committed genocide I don’t believe the unfathomably evil label applies no matter how much some people dislike him. As far as the people hey may or may not pardon only 1 has been convicted of killing innocents. The seal and the green beret haven’t had their trials and the marines only urinated on a corpse. So only 1 convicted killed in the bunch. Not a list of unfathomably evil people.

MSgt (Join to see) - urinating on a dead body is not exactly desecration of that body? Yet dragging a dead body through the streets is a criminal offense? What is your reasoning on making that distinction? I'm afraid I'm not following it.

Think you’re missing the point or just glossed over a point you’ve made. That these individuals are still undergoing court martial and have yet to receive final verdict yet this president is dangling the idea of pardoning someone while the trial process is ongoing. That is just plain unethical, disrespectful, and unbecoming of someone holding the position of president.

Unfathomable evil is what pardoning the men would be. Protecting and enouraging more war criminals .
