Totally agree, as far as pay raises, it should go on the ballot and let those who elect them decide if we should raise their pay. Also do away with some of the perks they have voted themselves, like the super premium health insurance etc.

The term limits are the one that really gets me excited. That would solve a lot. The longer people sit in Congress, the further away from the people who elected them they get.

Cpl James R. " Jim" Gossett Jr - Yeah, can't say I agree with that. Plenty of folks are in full possession of their faculties at more advanced ages. Maybe 80 as a ceiling.
