I agree! Hearing that tells me that she’s never been to the Shreveport, Houston, Dallas, Memphis, or Oklahoma City VA hospitals for care! I’ve been to those, and others, and know just how broken it can get!
I know that it sounds crazy to have been to numerous VA hospitals, but we’ve lived in 22 different places around the world in the past 31 years, and I lived in 20+ more while growing up as the son of a career Marine!

SGT Thomas Seward - I have been in VAMCs at Spokane, Tucson, Phoenix, Prescott, Hot Springs, SD, and Sturgis. Received very good treatment at all of them.

MSG Stan Hutchison That’s great to hear! The Salt Lake City VA is outstanding care, as are Roosevelt, UT, and Muskogee, OK.
The SLC VA paid outside emergency care for me, including a $62,300 helicopter ride, with no hesitation! They are the best I’ve seen.
My dad likes the Ft Worth, TX clinic, and I really like the Texas City and Galveston, TX facilities.

I go with our Vet bud Crenshaw. Our Vets need taken care of and have a viable option when access is limited by distance or time in getting a timely appointment.
