Andersen AFB used pesticidal pool chlorinator in drinking water, Guam EPA found

It is a violation of Federal Law to use the products for anything other than it's use. Looking at the SDS.....someone really screwed the pooch and should be burned. A $750.00 dollar fine? No. Needs to be more. Someone should be thanking their lucky stars no one got sick from the drinking water.
