I was always under the impression that you could not sue the military. Am I correct? Or has this change in this "enlighten" age of political correctness

Great Topic CPL Brian Clouser... I can't answer your direction directly, but I will say this... In my view, the Military, regardless of Branch is just that, MILITARY! There is no place in the military for hijabs just like there is no place for racism! If she wants to wear her Hijab, then let her do so, OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MILITARY!!! Court martial her for not adhering to military uniform requirements and hopefully she is given a general discharge for disobeying orders to wear the proper Military uniform for her rank and position... Period! This topic is worth more discussion...

She has a waiver to wear it. Sounds like this is not about the hijab but about hair styles and following instructions. I suspect she is just grandstanding.

Sgt (Join to see) my roommate my first unit of assignment in the active-duty regular army was Muslim. He was a good soldier I am glad to have great American Muslims as my fellow Americans. I don't agree with the Ilhan Omar.

I am pleased that you had a good experience with your Muslim roommate and an American soldier SGT (Join to see) ... There are exceptions, and it is good to know that you developed a positive relationship... Like you, Mark, I do not agree with Ilhan Omar and what she is trying to do...
