If there is a Special Counsel appointed for this or anything else there needs to be parameters set for the investigation and a timeline set.

Hey, wait a sec there CW5. Don't "we" get to investigate a extremely high profile Democrat and drag that D through the mud non-stop for 2+ years, and only come up with a few convictions to minor players which had exactly zero to with any evidence of the "Big Crime"? All we have to do to get the ball rolling is invent some cock-a-mamie story and leak it to the press, and the FBI and the FISA Court will do the rest.
