I am curious if the actions of those two where just them acting the dumbass fool or if some of those 600 folks drank the bar dry and possibly acted the dumbass fool themselves. Part of me feels there is more to the story

Hell isn't that what a hotel bar wants 600 people willing to pay $12 bucks a drink, that is a money maker right there.

Many of the comments on here have stated there are always two sides to a story. I completely agree but I cannot think of any side of this story where posting a sign that says"No longer serving military personnel and their guests" is the proper call.
The sign doesn't say the bar is closed or the party is over, it is just a blanket statement banning military personnel. If I was a veteran who was not attending the party but was a guest at a hotel, the sign would seem to apply to me as well.
Bottom line, it was a stupid call by management on duty to not word their sign to be more appropriate of their intentions. Is it worth a boycott? No.
