This reminds me of the case with the Texas Police Officer charged and tried .
Her jury had 4 black and 4 Hispanic and 2
Caucasian people. There were 32 caucasian and 2 Hispanic back ups and they don’t count. That jury was disproportionate and should be nullified and her conviction voided. Her attorney should make a motion for jury nullification.
