or allow joggers to carry, there are mountain lions out there that have a taste for joggers too

I can't speak to Colorado laws but for walkers, joggers, cyclists it is perfectly legal to carry on trails, roads, etc in GA. When I ride the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trails in GA/AL solo, I carry.
