Deputies confiscate a CNY veteran's guns. They were wrong. What happened?

Thank for the Post on this Veterans' gun confiscation CPT Jack Durish! As I watched then read this Veterans' story all I could think of was "YIKES"! This absolutely suggests that our Government is overextending its bounds! Guilty until proven innocent! What this Veteran had to go through, to not only get his guns back, but to prove that He was not the man who was said to be mentally defective... Something for all of us to think about, for sure!
