I know my father was exposed to that as he was a machinist mate. Luckily he still enjoys good health into his eighties.

Hey can’t believe three Justices dissented. The chef using a knife on bad meat example is nonsense. The chef would be liable for knowingly serving bad meat to diners, not the knife manufacturer.
A company knowingly used a substance that causes health issues to users in their product and fails to give warning should be held liable.
