MCPO Roger Collins - That was 2012, and it didn't change the fact that the overall defense budget took the sequestration hit. Al that crappy policy meant was it came out of hide in training and acquisition.
That law was a freaking gong show, and all because Congress and Obama decided to play chicken with it.

And Congress yawns, because President Trumps budget proposal is "dead on arrival".
Let's be honest and non-partisan here. This budget proposal is more of a campaign document than a serious set of policy and priorities.
Continuing resolutions, here we come.
