In 2010 (a decade ago) Obama gave the military a 3.4% raise. So how is this one higher?

MCPO Roger Collins - That was 2012, and it didn't change the fact that the overall defense budget took the sequestration hit. Al that crappy policy meant was it came out of hide in training and acquisition.
