It's worse than that it's like a bunch of chronological adults that are still emotionally children and they are play acting as if they are resisting some imaginary oppression. Microsoft should fire them and hire actual adults.

Likely be considered wrongful termination, and I thought the article said they were unionized, so it's likely covered communication. They can, however, offer to provide them a good recommendation for a non-war profiteer.
I'm wondering where they even came up with that term based on the project.
Guess they are okay with the legal, moral and ethical issues with MS's antitrust settlement with the US, and it's loss for similar issues in the EU.

1SG (Join to see) I have only had civilian employment in right to work states. The idea of software developers being in a union seems really strange to me. It's one thing to know how to write code but it is another thing to be any good at it. Same or more so for other technical work. Microsoft has offices in Texas which I think is a right to work state. Move it to Austin.
